Beautiful hotel. Loved the rooftop patios and the balconies on both sides of my room. Great views and so close to all the sites. The staff were very warm, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. I didn’t get chance to use the pool and sauna but they looked great and the water was warm.

Gorgeous, charming small boutique hotel in historical building. Quiet. Many rooms have water views.Comfortable bed, large bathrooms, good wifi. Very gracious staff-consistently -over the 5 days I spent here. Several taxi drivers told me it was the best hotel in town. Front office staff speak English. Restaurant staff were delightful.

It is a lovely, spacious apartment and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable...breakfast staples (eggs, yogurt, bread, butter, cookies), tea/coffee, toiletries, even toothpaste and extra tooth brushes. There is a big TV with many English channels. Heating is available in the living and bedrooms. A nice small patio to sit outside. There is a laundry machine to use. Owners are right next door for any questions or concerns. We contacted them using WhatsApp. The town center is a bit of a walk from the apartment but nothing too arduous. Make sure you try a Bambalouni (Tunisian donut) in town!
The apartment is right up the road from the train station when coming from Tunis, or going to explore Carthage Ruins.
I highly recommend staying at Olivia Guesthouse.

Lovely old village, despite the occasional bus loads of tourists pouring in. Sunrise and sunset are spectacular and there are several public terraces where people congregate to watch and socialize. Great cafes to hang out at, but you have to look hard for good food. Getting around on foot is easy, but it’s recommended to hire a taxi to take you around the various Carthage sites.

Beautiful views. Villas Romaines and the Roman grounds is a must to visit as is the port. Only small downfall was that were wasn’t aware that we had to pay for parking everywhere and so the car got clamped and cost us 30 dinar…

Sidi Bou Said, Tunisia, was an amazing place to stay.
Sidi Bou Said, Tunisia, was an amazing place to stay. The town's vibrant blue and white architecture, delicious food, and friendly people made it a truly memorable experience. I also enjoyed seeing the many street cats that were a part of the town's charm.

A beautiful little town, full of local charm, everything you need is within walking distance, cheap public transport. Its an extremely safe and hospitable place with very friendly people. My partner could walk around at night, enjoying the warm nights (in december),feeling safe while, she enjoyed feeding the beautiful cats that roam the streets. We both work from home, so it was important to have a good quality internet, and the WiFi was of great quality and very reliable.

But did not like how persistent shop assistants can get.
My favourite place was Le Villa Blue & Ben Rahim Cafe

Very easy to get around Sidi Bou Saiid
On my next visit, I would avoid going when hot season started.

This is a moment in time that grows better and better: a retreat from a 100 years ago for artists and intellectuals and Tunisians who prize the mountain top view of the bay and the city below, the white and blue houses, and the quiet. It has its own rewards and none of the rush or noise found in similar such places. It's a gem that has yet to be ruined.
The location was just perfect for us as it was close to the centre of Sidi Bou Said and also very close to the University of Carthage where we had work commitments. The house is beautiful, very spacious, well decorated with a lovely outside dining area on the roof. The area is safe and there are many restaurants and bars at walking distance, a supermarket is at 10 minutes walk. The added value to the apartment is the owner Raouf, very kind and friendly and always available for assistance. The apartment has for sure a good value for money.
It is a villa so we had no breakfast. The location is great if central Sidi Bou Saed is your focus. The villa has 4 bedrooms with more space available for kids to sleep. The sqaure footage is big enough for a group. All the amennities are there that you would look for in a whole house. The rooftop view is fantastic for sunrises and sunsets. It is a classic French design found all over Sidi Bou Saed. Many restaurants and great views are very close walking distance from the villa.
Beautiful mansion
-style hotel with very stylish and modern interior. The owner and the staff were super helpful with any need we had. The location is very convenient when you plan to visit the arcgeological sites of carthage (ca 30min by foot) or the medina of Sidi Bou Saïd (ca. 10 min by foot). After visiting the sites, don't forget to try the indoor pool and Hammam. We enjoyed the time here so much, especially the amazing breakfast
Brilliant a bit out of the village if Sidi Bou Said gem to spend some days. I stayed in Tunisian room on the ground floor with immediate way to the pool. The room was great in all respect - clean, well groomed & nicely designed, all necessary facilities, a bottle of water daily and on top of that free Netflix access to watch whatever you want.
Special thanks to all nice & helpful staff who were ready to solve any of relevant problem!
The space was huge for 1 person. It had 2 bathrooms a full kitchen, living room, and a washer. There was also a shared outdoor space. The hot water worked very well. The place was sparkling clean. There were restaurants and a market a short walk away. Host stayed a few doors down as well so if any issues arise he is there to help 10/10 stay!
Eya and Abbes are more than kind, they welcomed us, gave suggestions to discover the area and helped to find the services and facilities.
The apartment is cozy and warm, having breakfast in the garden is the perfect way to start your day in Sidi Bou Said. All restaurants, cafés and panoramic places are at walking distance. Don't miss it!
A very helpful & friendly owner that provides information on how to go the place, facilities nearby, good cafes, even prepare delicious sandwich as an introduction to Tunisian food. Very strategic, centralised at the heart of Sidi Bou Said, easy access scenic view point of the sunset with facilities to the bank, cafes & mg hypermarket.
I loved the location in Sidi Bou Said as that is where I wanted to be for the week. Hotel is in a side street so lovely and peaceful, away from noise of main street. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants for evening meal close by so very convenient.
Stunning property with the best views in Sidi Bou Said! Staff was lovely, and breakfast is delicious and plentiful, which we enjoyed outside overlooking the magnificent view. Rooms are also very nice.
the property was clean and as advertised. the staff was amazing and the other guests staying there were awesome. the place is great and you must stay here when you visit sidi bou said
I have a 30 year experience visiting Tunisia and this was my best stay so far. The appartment was beautiful and well equiped in a central area in sidi bou Said.
Liked the location and charm of the hotel. They helped find me a great driver who spoke English and enjoyed my stay- Felt like a home vs a hotel- it was unique
